[Membership] Vista Contest postponed

I have decided to postpone the Vista Contest.  Chance of rain tomorrow
during the contest is predicted to be >50%.  It just doesn't seem like fun
dodging the rain showers.

Of course, everyone should plan to go flying tomorrow because it will be
clear and great flying tomorrow just to spite me.

I was hoping for Monday as a fall back,   But it doesn't look much better.

I will send out an email tomorrow to let you know for sure.  But unless the
forecast improves, we'll try for another weekend.
